About the league: We play a 5-on-5 format with all players eligible to pass/receive/run the ball. All games are played on Saturday at Friendship Christian School, and all teams practice 1 hour before their scheduled game each week. This makes the league a one-day-a-week commitment and convenient for everyone!

Players are encouraged to play with their friends/siblings (just enter that request in the comments section when registering). Teams are co-ed, and we welcome young ladies to play!

The cut-off date for each age division is August 31, 2024.

4-6: Guppy Division

6-8: Sea Division

9-11: Sky Division

Registration is limited to the first 40 players each in the Sea, Sky and Rookie divisions, so early registration is encouraged! Maximum 10 players on a team, minimum 6 player per team. Players receive a Game On Sports dri-mesh jersey, flag belt, one mouthpiece, one sportsmanship award, and one season-ending award. Mouthpieces are required for play. Cleats are not required but encouraged.

**Important Note: The season will begin with the parent meeting / jersey pickup at Friendship Christian School in Lebanon, TN on 7-27-2024 @ 9:00 am. Practice and game times will be announced at the parent meeting to allow us the time to more accurately plan for the amount of teams we will schedule for. All practices and games will be held on Saturdays only at Friendship Christian School in Lebanon, TN.

Coaches: All of our coaches are volunteer coaches. All of our coaches are certified and background checked through our National Youth Sports Coaches Association (NAYS.org) chapter. If you are willing to help lead a team, you can sign up when registering your participant.
